1. Service Agreement
By using Dynaedge services, you agree to these terms. Dynaedge provides auto diagnostics, axle repair, clutch services, and engine diagnostics at our Kuala Lumpur facility.
2. Service Scope & Liability
Services are provided on an as-is basis. Dynaedge is not liable for damages arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions, misuse, or third-party modifications. We recommend diagnostic reviews before major repairs.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment due upon service completion
- We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
- No refunds for completed diagnostic assessments
- Warranty applies to repair work only (30 days)
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance incur no penalty. Late cancellations may be charged a diagnostic fee.
5. Data & Privacy
We collect minimal data (name, contact, vehicle details) for service purposes only. See our Privacy Policy for full details. GDPR requests honored where applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All diagnostic reports and technical assessments are Dynaedge property. Clients may use reports for personal vehicle maintenance only.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dynaedge's total liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved matters will be handled under Malaysian law in Kuala Lumpur courts.
9. Changes to Terms
Dynaedge reserves the right to update these terms. Changes take effect upon posting.
